The family behind your comfort
Summit started in a single truck and a simple promise: treat people honestly and fix things right. Twenty years later, we're still family-owned, and that promise still rides in every van.
How Summit began
One truck, one promise, twenty years
In 2004, Mike Sullivan was tired of watching big outfits overcharge his neighbors and rush through repairs. A furnace tech by trade, he believed homeowners deserved straight answers and a fair price. So he bought a used van, printed a stack of business cards, and started Summit out of his garage in Nashua.
Word spread the old-fashioned way: one honest job at a time. Customers sent their neighbors, then their parents, then their kids' new homes. Two decades later, Summit runs a fleet of fully stocked trucks and a NATE-certified team. But Mike still reviews the tough calls, and the company is still owned and run by the Sullivan family.
What hasn't changed is the promise on that first business card: show up on time, tell the truth, and leave every home more comfortable than we found it.
